On 03/30/03 ,Vone Research continued monitoring  the coral
restoration project.  We first  completed reef repairs on site # P1
under license  #03SR-741.  Since this is not associated with the
Hillsboro Inlet district, repair work will not be reported on it.  
Anyone  wishing a copy of our reports should please request  them. 
We're very happy to report the  pillar coral site is doing  well.  All
of the attached  hard and soft  corals seem to be healthy and  the
sponge bases are regenerating nicely.  If not for the missing pillars
that died while waiting to be stabilized, this area would  be a
complete success. This area of impact was originally reported on
11/28/02. When we visited the site on 12/08/02 it had not yet been
stabilized and the pillars were beginning to  die.
